you can return your items to us for a full refund (less delivery) or replacement product.

There are some important things to consider when returning an item.
You can return your unwanted and unused item(s) by post within 7 working days from the receipt of your products.
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received your delivery.
Only items purchased directly from Big Chief Hemp can be returned
Please ensure that the item(s) you are returning is repackaged with all the components it was received with.
We are unable to refund Item(s) if they are opened unless they are faulty.

If you have changed your mind and you have not opened your product?
We can offer a full refund or replacement for another product on our website at the same price.
If you have opened your items box and it is faulty?
After the product has been fully investigated by our Products team and deemed faulty, we treat this as a Warranty Claim, we can offer you a full refund or a replacement for another product from our website at the same price.
When returning your item
For returning your purchase; we recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure your order returns to us safely. We cannot accept liability for any returns that are lost in transit on return.
Warranty Returns
Big Chief Hemp Ltd will happily honour any valid warranty claims if your product is faulty, provided a claim is submitted within 7 days of receipt of items.
Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping; however, we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.
Upon return receipt of items for a warranty claim, you can expect Big Chief Hemp Ltd to process your warranty claim within 14 days.
Once a warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:
(a) refund to your payment method
(b) a refund in online store credit
(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)
Returns procedure
Please complete the e-contact form and by return, we will provide you with a reference number and address for your return
Include in your return; the form completed with the reference number
Place the item, and returns form in appropriate packaging (we recommend recycling the original packaging used to ship your order)
Return your item to the address provided on the Form.
Once we receive the item and are satisfied it is in good condition we will process your payment or return it within 14 working days.
