How CBD works with your body

It was discovered in 1963 mammals have an Endocannabinoid (ECS) system.  We have Cannabinoid receptors in our body and brain

It was discovered by Raphael Mechoulam an Organic Chemist and Professor of Medicinal Chemistry, a professor of the University of Jerusalem.

Further Studies by Professor Mechoulam and US researchers have realised an entire ECS system in our body that works in harmony with the Hemp plant, truly natures gift.

Studies are ongoing, and there is still much to learn 

The Endocannabinoid system works as the body regulator. 

If you are out of sorts, unwell or in pain, CBD works with your ECS system.

How To Take CBD​

The key with CBD is consistency.  CBD is best taken every day, add it to your daily routine, maintaining your levels. much like you would a vitamin pill.

Depending on your desired product, Start by using a few sprays under the tongue if using the atomiser.

Two or three drops under the tongue three times a day if using a tincture. 

1 capsule two or three times a day and build up until you find your appropriate levels, not exceeding the maximum daily dosage.

We would recommend beginning with a low CBD content and slowly increasing your dosage weekly. Begin with a 250mg or 500mg Oils

The maximum daily dosage is 200mg per day as a Food Supplement

Can CBD Oil get you high?

No is the short answer. 

The element of Hemp that can get you high is THC (Tetrahydrocannabinol) and not CBD. 

CBD is not psychoactive.  EU regulations ensure all CBD products sold contain no more than 0.2% THC, a value that is considered untraceable.

Can I get addicted to CBD?

According to the World Health Organisation Report issued in November 2017, CBD is Non- addictive  

The report issued stated “In humans, CBD exhibits no effects indicative of any abuse or dependence potential” in addition advised “CBD is well-tolerated and safe for human consumption.”

The very same report declared ‘Another possible therapeutic application which has been investigated is the use of CBD to treat drug addiction’

There you have it folks, CBD is not addictive
